Re-analysis of products

As a part of our on-going monitoring programme, our QC department submits random product samples for re-analysis to external accredited laboratories in order to ensure that products meet the required standards.

A limited range of testing laboratories are used for independent re-testing of our products. The laboratories must be accredited according to ISO/IEC 17025 or approved by European authorities and further conform to our internal inspection criteria.

In the event of failure to meet specific standards of quality, recall of non-complying batches are carried out immediately and the result is communicated to the manufacturer.
