Screening

The initial screening of the manufacturer is carried out by Missionpharma's QA team. The screening is performed in order to ensure that the basic documentation, such as manufacturing licence, GMP-certificate, Site Master File, certificates etc., is available from the manufacturer.

We use a formalised product questionnaire for requesting product-related information and a manufacturer questionnaire for requesting documentation related to the production site.

The screening process is followed by an assessment of the product and manufacturing site documentation.
