Increasing project complexity

During the past years we have experienced a growing demand from many of our customers, who want more than just the supply of the physical product.

Financing institutions and beneficiaries put increasingly stringent demands on how to conduct procurement of goods, supply chain monitoring and in-country distribution management. This combined with the addition of new products for treatment of Malaria, HIV and TB increases the complexity in many projects. This complexity often necessitates a different and higher degree of centralised process control, where fewer shifts of responsibility are needed.

In the light of this development, Missionpharma now offers, in addition to our traditional wholesale activities, a range of complementary procurement and logistical services. We assist customers in executing their specific procurement exercise and securing optimal logistical solutions for the completion of local supply programmes.

For customers, who wish to benefit from these services, we offer to help administer comprehensive health projects by putting our entire supply chain management system at their disposal against an agreed fee. In close co-operation with the customer, we offer complete access to our vast expertise and comprehensive quality, purchase and logistic systems focusing on complete transparency and development of customised solutions.

Product definition

To us the actual product is much more than the physical product itself. Among other things, our product include proper product identification, product sourcing by transparent Invitation to Bid (ITB), price comparison models and recommendations, complete contract negotiations, quality control, shipment and clearance, consolidation of goods, complete track and trace systems, warehouse management and in-country distribution as well as an overall reporting mechanism - all supported by computer-based systems and complete documentation.

We offer our assistance to the very difficult task of managing local health projects. Among our competences are:
