Our suppliers' capability to deliver products on time is thoroughly evaluated prior to each purchase. Our Procurement department has developed the following tools to minimize the risk of delay of goods:

	The delivery performance of our prequalified manufacturers is constantly monitored and non-performance results in a withdrawal of the partnership.
	The production capacity per product line is thoroughly validated before placing an order.
	A constant follow-up on orders is executed by our dedicated procurement officers.
