Second interview
After the first round of interviews, we will invite the best-qualified candidates for a second interview. At the second interview we concentrate to a greater extent on evaluating the skills of the individual candidate, and here we use skills and other tests to supplement the employment interviews.
The tests supplement the information that we already have and thus they help create a better decision-making basis for selection. The tests form part of the overall assessment of the applicant and we will always give you the opportunity to submit your comments and provide input in connection with a test and the interview in general.
Even though we use valid and up-to-date testing tools, naturally enough tests fall short of the oracular but they can make a useful contribution to building up an overall picture of the candidate. You will always be given detailed oral feedback on a test even though you are not offered the job.
If necessary, we will in certain cases call in selected candidates for a third interview.
