First interview
As a rule candidates will have two job interviews before any contract is signed. We see the first interview as a chance for a constructive dialogue to help you gain a better impression of the job and Missionpharma as a company, and so we can get a better impression of you, the job applicant.
The interview will thus give you a better idea of whether Missionpharma is the right place for you to work. At the same time, it gives us the opportunity to assess your qualifications in relation to the specific position.
It also gives us the opportunity, in a slightly broader context, to decide whether the candidate and the company suit each other. We also want to gain an idea of the necessary framework within which the candidate would best be able to perform a particular job.
Normally, the relevant head of department will hold the first round of interviews, when as a rule only structured interviewing is used as a dialogue tool with the applicant.
