Recruitment process

It is always a good idea to be well prepared. We have drawn up some guidelines which are designed to help you when applying for a job with us. It is a good idea to read these guidelines before applying for a job with Missionpharma. Our recruitment process usually consists of the following four steps:

You can either submit your job application online or send it to us by post. If you are submitting your job application online, please note that we will also confirm receipt of your application online. If you send your job application by post, we will still confirm receipt online as long as you include your e-mail address in your application.

After having read and gone through all the job applications, the relevant head of department decides on the candidates to be called in for a first interview.

The number of candidates depends on the nature of the job and the number of candidates deemed to have the right qualifications for the job. As a rule, candidates will have two interviews before they are employed.

Missionpharma does not use personality testing as a rule. We employ a few simple skills tests and base our primary evaluation on structured interviewing techniques. You will always be given oral feedback on your tests even if you are not offered the job.

When all the interviews have been completed, an overall assessment is made of the remaining candidates, and on the basis of this assessment the successful candidate is selected.
