Track & Trace workshops in West Africa

In continuation of the recent launch of our web-based Order Management System, Track & Trace, Missionpharma conducted a number of workshops in Cameroon, Benin, Togo and Mali during the month of February.

The objective of the workshops was to introduce the many benefits of Missionpharma's free of charge Track & Trace service. In cooperation with our local agents in the respective countries, Missionpharma invited a number of key persons to participate in the workshops.

The workshops were greatly attended by people from most working areas within the health sector, such as Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Warehouse, QA/QC, Management and Regulatory Affairs.

During the workshops Missionpharma demonstrated how web-based access to complete order information and documents provides an exceptional possibility to keep constant track of orders. Subsequent hands-on sessions were conducted in continuation of the presentation, which provided the participants with experience with the practical use of the system.

The participants showed huge excitement, commitment and enthusiasm and they all expressed great interest in using the system actively in the future. It is our believe that the participants benefitted greatly from the hands-on sessions and obtained a better understanding of how Track & Trace can benefit their daily work.

Being the first movers within the area of securing our customers complete transparency throughout the pharmaceutical supply chain, it is our belief that most of our customers will welcome Track & Trace as an integrated tool in their order management activities.   

In order to secure a constant focus on the practical use of the system, we are planning to conduct similar workshops in our other markets as well.
