Supplier conference in Shanghai

On the 11th June Missionpharma hosted a supplier conference at the Hyatt on the Bund hotel in Shanghai. The conference was attended by 50 representatives from 21 of our Chinese suppliers.

In addition to representatives from Missionpharma Denmark and Missionpharma China, a team of Danish and Chinese employees from our two appointed freight forwarders, Geodis Wilson and Kühne+Nagel, participated in the conference.

Missionpharma's supplier conference in Shanghai was well attended by most of our Chinese suppliers.

The main objectives of the conference were to:

		Elaborate on the challenges and opportunities today within Procurement and Logistics.
		Ensure a mutual understanding of working procedures and requirements with the aim of optimising our Logistics and Procurement processes.
		Establish a personal contact between our forwarders and suppliers.

In Missionpharma we believe that an open and effective communication between the partners involved in our pharmaceutical supply chain is a key element in ensuring customer satisfaction. 

Therefore, we constantly focus on optimising the cooperation between Missionpharma, our suppliers and our forwarders. 

We are confident that the objectives of the conference were fulfilled and that we all have a common platform for ensuring an efficient and long-term relationship.
