Supplier Conference in Mumbai

On October 30, 2007, Missionpharma hosted a supplier conference at the Hyatt Regency hotel in Mumbai, which was attended by 20 representatives from our largest Indian suppliers.

In addition to representatives from Missionpharma Denmark and Missionpharma India, a team of Danish and local personnel from our freight forwarders, Geodis Wilson and Kühne+Nagel, participated in the conference.

Missionpharma's supplier conference at the Hyatt Regency hotel in Mumbai was well attended by many of our Indian suppliers.

The main objectives of the conference were to:

		Establish personal contact between our forwarders and suppliers.
		Work in cooperation with our suppliers to ensure optimisation of their supply chain costs.
		Increase the performance on delivery and responsiveness.

All participants benefitted greatly from the conference by obtaining an improved mutual understanding of procedures and structures ensuring lean and efficient cooperation.

Missionpharma will host a similar conference in Shanghai in the beginning of 2008 focusing on specific issues related to freight forwarding in China.
