Narcotic precursors
In order to comply with the The International Narcotic Control Board, most Governments have recently applied a system of authorization to import the so-called precursors - substances from which another substance is formed.
Precursors include Ergometrine Maleate, Ephedrine, Potassium Permanganate and Ergotamine. These products have widespread legal applications, but can be used for illicit manufacture of narcotics.
International co-operation is one of the most important elements in the fight against illegal use of and trade with chemical precursors. Therefore, the new regulations are, in combination with the existing European Union rules, the foundation of the administration and control with narcotic precursors.
This system implies the need of individual or general import and export licences for the specific substance, and can vary from country to country.
Missionpharma will at all times notify and assist our customers to investigate if an import licence is required by the importing country to ensure that the individual control measures of the specific country are followed.
Needless to say, Missionpharma fully complies with all international and Danish regulations in connection with export of narcotic precursors.
