To ensure our customers the best possible quality of products, we concentrate a lot of resources on performing on-site manufacturer inspections.

Missionpharma’s inspection team now comprises six inspectors, who perform on-site audits on a regular and continuous basis to ensure manufacturers’ compliance with current WHO GMP guidelines.

A WHO GMP certificate itself is no guarantee for GMP compliance, as it does not cover the manufacturer’s capability to maintain consistency in the used API quality, production equipment, in-process controls and other routines in the daily production and controls. Therefore it is of vital importance to monitor that the manufacturer constantly follows current GMP guidelines.

With a team of six highly qualified inspectors we are in a position to maintain a high inspection frequency as well as being able to perform emergency inspections upon request.

All our suppliers are re-audited periodically, but each manufacturer’s performance is continuously monitored as an integrated part of our QC processes. Major changes or observed quality problems may initiate a re-audit any time.
