Missionpharma upgrades ISO certification

With success Missionpharma has been audited against the latest ISO 9001:2008 standard and we are now certified by Bureau Veritas according to this new standard. No deviations were raised during the audit.

The changes in the new ISO standard are included with the main purpose of putting the customer in focus. By incorporating increased requirements to collection and evaluation of the customer's perception of Missionpharma, we are even more capable of optimising our services to our customers' satisfaction.
Why ISO?
An ISO certification is a certification of Missionpharma's Quality Management System.
Missionpharma was first ISO certified by Bureau Veritas in July 2008 to officially document that our entire organisation focuses intensively on Quality Management and on constant improvement of our activities.
Having obtained status as an ISO-certified company, we have committed ourselves to ensuring constant maintenance and development of our company with the customer in focus. Having defined and formalised clear objectives in this respect, we constantly measure our performance and interaction with our customers according to defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
ISO facilitates a documented recognition of the challenges and problems that may arise. This enables us to react fast and initiate corrective and preventive actions to ensure continuous improvement - an effort we are convinced that our customers, suppliers and partners will benefit from.
