Emergency relief to Padang, Indonesia

As a response to the recent powerful earthquake on Sumatra, Indonesia, Missionpharma is among the first companies dispatching emergency assistance to the affected areas near the city of Padang.

Through one of the major humanitarian organisations, we are dispatching several Interagency Emergency Health kits containing life-sustaining medicine and medical supplies to the thousands of injured and homeless people.

One Interagency Emergency Health Kit (IEHK) contains medicines and medical devices to supply 10,000 people for three months.   The kit is specifically designed to meet the primary healthcare needs of people exposed to natural disasters, such as earthquakes, floods, cyclones, tsunamis – as well as people affected by conflict or social unrest.

Missionpharma always has several IEHKs in stock, which enables us to immediately dispatch the kits from one of our distribution centres around the world to the required destination within 48 hours upon being notified.
