GDP re-inspection successfully passed
Missionpharma Logistics India was re-inspected in April 2011 by Bureau Veritas for compliance with WHO Good Distribution Practices (GDP). We are proud that the inspection was passed with no major deviations raised.
|
This GDP approval validates that our Indian warehouses, SOPs and overall Quality Management system used for goods reception, storage, kit packing and distribution of pharmaceutical products have been evaluated methodically and found to be in accordance with WHO Technical Report Series 937, 2006, Annexure 5.
|
A GDP approval is solely granted to distributors who satisfy the regulations laid down by the European Community on professional knowledge, organisation and operation. The requirements of current GDP comprise, among other things:
-
Consistent procedures throughout the Good Distribution Practice system
-
Safe and conforming quality products
-
Correct handling of products during storage and distribution
-
Full batch and kit/batch tracking from manufacturer to customer
-
Inspection of Quality Control system, Quality Assurance system and warehouses
Missionpharma’s premises will undergo re-inspection every year to ensure compliance with WHO GDP regulations.
