PSM Toolbox website
The PSM Toolbox is a central repository for a wide range of health related Procurement and Supply Management (PSM) tools.
The project was initiated by WHO/AMDS and its partner organisations with the purpose of collecting and publicizing information and tools to assist health professionals in their PSM-related work.
The PSM toolbox website provides useful information about specific tools developed to support the procurement and logistics challenges faced in the health sector.
Today, many international organisations and suppliers of pharmaceutical products have developed management tools specifically designed to help staff make informed decisions about pharmaceutical procurement and supply management.
The WHO, Clinton Foundation HIV/AIDS Initiative (CHAI), Global Drug Facility (GDF), MSF, Missionpharma, Unicef and many others have contributed making their tools available on the PSM website. As such, the toolbox serves as a central platform, which collects all the relevant tools developed by the health professionals.
The PSM website is equipped with a sophisticated search engine so that users can easily identify a specific PSM tool for their daily supply management work. The website also has a forum for exchanging views and valuable experience about PSM tools.
